HOW CAN SCRIPTCAPTURE BENEFIT YOUR PHARMACY
Claim Management
Do you spend time looking for missing scripts and not sure where to look? Is it a duplicate, is it cancelled, is it an Escript?
Our Claim Management reporting tool makes it easier to work out what is missing so you can narrow down exactly what is missing for that claim period taking out duplicates, cancelled or Escripts.
We also get the serial count for each claim so that we know exactly how many scripts should have been scanned in.
Smart Search
With Smart Search Functionality you don’t have to spend time crawling through boxes of Scripts trying to find one.
Simply type in what you are looking for and ScriptCapture will find it for you.
You can search on different criteria not just Claim Number and Serial Number for example search on Patient Name, Type, Claim Number, Script Number, Dispensed Date and Verified Date.
Once you have the Script you are looking for you can print it or email it all from the ScriptCapture platform.
Sync Ability
Working alongside your dispense software whenever you cancel a script it will automatically cancel it in ScriptCapture.
When you dispense an Escript from your dispense software, ScriptCapture will identify the Escript, read the relevant details, write those details in and mark it as an Escript in ScriptCapture.
Security
Pharmacy holds critical data and the management of this data is crucial so we have developed ScriptCapture with the following security measures.
Data is encrypted before it goes into the cloud portal.
2 Factor Authentication to gain access into the cloud portal
Data is stored on our Australian based servers
